I received a response to my email:
Hello Sophie,
Sadly we cannot provide any form of compensation for your laptop, the laptop was out of warranty when it was first sent back when you paid the sub order you are requesting a refund for, as the repair has not been successful and is warranted for 3 months from the date of correction, which we will happily do.
While we do apologise for the inconvenience, and understand it is frustrating, we simply cannot refund any monies.
