YouTube has this interesting feature called "Watch Later" where you can add videos to a list of videos that you plan to, er, watch later. The list shows up on your main page.
As it turns out, though, the list doesn't auto-delete the videos you watch, which seems like a bit of a miss for the user experience. Also, it doesn't seem possible to delete the videos from the list because you can't get to the list to begin with except through the front page, which has no delete button.
Well, while I can't do anything about the first problem, it turns out that the second one is just a bug in YouTube. It looks like if you don't have any playlists set up at all, you can't get to the page. What you need to do is set up a new playlist - anything will do, you don't have to actually use it - and then go back to the main page and click the Watch Later list. This time you'll get to the right page and will be able to delete the videos from the list.
I made a video about this at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7SpvS-iR7s , in case you work best visually. I added captions to the video so it should hopefully be accessible for most people.
